Frequently Asked Questions

What is VPN?

VPN stands for Virtual Private Network, extends across a public or shared network, and acts like a tunnel so you can exchange data securely and anonymously. The main purpose of our VPN service is to provide your security and privacy.

How does VPN work?

You borrow the IP address and geolocation of the VPN server and do not expose your personal information. Many people use the same server simultaneously, so it’s much harder to separate your data from the data of others. Therefore Native VPN provides you with a secure and private connection.

How do I use Native VPN?

Using Native VPN is simple, you need to connect to the Internet with any iOS device, open Native VPN app and tap Connect.

Changing Virtual Locations

Native VPN makes it easy to get around blocked sites and censorship. On the home screen tap on the Virtual Location you want to be connected through.

Why is my virtual IP detected to be from a different country than the one I choose?

Most of the geolocation services update their IP databases rarely. That is why your virtual IP address can be detected as if it is located in a different country than the one you choose.

Will VPN slow down Internet connection?

No. However, the conditions for your connection may vary because of the current workload on the selected VPN server and the distance from you to the VPN server.

Does Native VPN keep logs?

We do not log your browsing activity. All Internet Service Providers track your browsing history. When you use Native VPN, there is no record of the websites you have visited and which apps you use. This prevents hackers from getting to your personal information.
